چکیده

the range imaging based on conventional pulse compression technique requires lfm signal that sampled by nyquist rate. in order to high resolution increased in range in pulse compression, so the lfm bandwidth has to increase. consequently this procedure dictated limitations on adc sampling. the stretch processing is one of techniques decreasing nyquist rate in radars. in this method the nature of transmitted lfm signal differ from new signal, because all process steps for imaging formation are investigated repeatedly. in this paper besides introducing stretch processing technique that used in radars, the amount of decreased sampling rate is calculated. in following, a suitable rda image formation algorithm based on stretch processing for high squint angle is proposed. finally, an innovative method is presented for rcmc without interpolation methods.

Image Processing for SAR Image

Important progresses have been obtained during the last years in the science of processing high resolution radar images. They derive from several facts. At rst we have a better knowledge of the signal statistical properties allowing improved performances for the detection and ltering stages. Then, these low level stages have received a great attention and solutions have been found which are spe...

Radargrammetric SAR image processing

Throughout history, humans have tried to represent what they see through images. Mapmakers have always sought ways inwhich to represent both the location and the three dimensional shape of land. At the beginning, the way to obtain a 3D representation of land was to measure planimetry and height (as we can identify later by longitude, latitude and height) using basic measuring devices. Nowadays,...

Bistatic SAR image formation

Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) allows all-weather, day-and-night surface surveillance and has the ability to detect, classify and geolocate objects at long stand-off ranges. Bistatic SAR, in which the transmitter and the receiver are on separate platforms, is seen as a potential means of countering the vulnerability of conventional monostatic SAR to electronic countermeasures, particularly dire...

SAR Image Segmentation Based On Hybrid PSOGSA Optimization Algorithm

Image segmentation is useful in many applications. It can identify the regions of interest in a scene or annotate the data. It categorizes the existing segmentation algorithm into region-based segmentation, data clustering, and edge-base segmentation. Region-based segmentation includes the seeded and unseeded region growing algorithms, the JSEG, and the fast scanning algorithm. Due to the prese...

SAR image segmentation based on Artificial Bee Colony algorithm

Due to the presence of speckle noise, segmentation of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images is still a challenging problem. This paper proposes a fast SAR image segmentation method based on Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm. In this method, threshold estimation is regarded as a search procedure that searches for an appropriate value in a continuous grayscale interval. Hence, ABC algorithm i...

An Back-Projection Algorithm for SAR Image Formation

We propose a fast algorithm for far-field SAR imaging based on a new fast back-projection algorithm developed for tomography. We also modify the algorithm for the near-field scenario. The fast back-projection algorithm for SAR has computational complexity . Compared to traditional FFT-based methods, our new algorithm has potential advantages: the new algorithm does not need frequency-domain int...
